Abstract :
Aiming at improve the pentostatin quality control in cGMP production, and the identification method of Pentostain isomers was provided based on the experiment in this papers. These isomers were synthesized and then hydrolyzed into diamine but its chiral centre remains unchanged. The hydrolyzates of isomers are compared with pentostatin hydrolyzate on chiral HPLC and then the chiral configurations of these isomers were identified.
