  • Abstract
    Catering wastewater is a high concentration of pollution source. Treatment of catering wastewater properly, will breed a lot of bacteria and microorganism, become disease transmission source. At present, most catering enterprises use traditional oil separating tank handle catering wastewater, But the treatment effect is less than ideal. With the development of the market and the policy needs, improving the traditional oil separation tank and promotion of intelligent oil separation tank is imminent. Intelligent oil pool with four leading technology: automatic scraping oil system, floating device, heating system, water pump belt section. Intelligent separation tank is one of the main equipment, in a new generation of intelligent system, the operation is simple and convenient, the treatment effect is greatly improved, It is Suitable for animal and plant oil wastewater treatment, can also be applied to industrial wastewater containing mineral oil processing. This paper starts from the general situation of catering wastewater quality and treatment effect of traditional oil separating tank, put forward the corresponding control measures in catering wastewater, and analysis of the development to promote advantages of intelligent separation tank.
