Modeling of Hypertensive Patient´s Behavior Based on the Health Information

In order to further clearly understand the information behavior mechanism of health behavior changed, a new model of hypertensive patient´s behavior based on the health information is provided in this papers, which combined with the advantage of planned behavior and psychology model, can effectively analysis of the influence factors of health behavior information on the individual health behavior, and give the intervened information of individual effect also.
