With the rapid development of computer network technology and the explosive growth of information, how to quickly and effectively help users to access network resources, has become a very important and urgent issue. Traditional keyword search engines due to neglect of the semantics and user preferences and get a lower recall rate and precision, so the search engine performance problems become an important guarantee for a successful search for information. This article will ontology and user preferences by combining an ontologybased personalized search engine model, describes its design and search processes, and the key technologies involved in detailed discussion.
