Abstract :
In this paper, we was use to detected Leptocybe invasa Fisher & LaSalle´s hsp70 under high temperature stress changes of the expression quantity which use a standard curve (double standard curves method) relative quantitative method. The results of relative transcript level show that relative expression of hsp70 in the control group respectively 7.69, 8.15, 12.01, 9.48, 2.39 times, it peaked at 39°C.
