Abstract :
The capacitive equipment of converting station monitor the data that is huge and redundant on-line, and its insulating properties change very slowly. The embedded zero tree wavelet algorithm of variable compression ratio and the wavelet decomposition coefficient can realize the data compression effectively. The wavelet reconstruction method can realize the extraction of the trend of the compressed data. Experimental results show that this method can compress the data and manage the information effectively, the effective extraction of characteristic value can improve the precision of the diagnosis of the insulation fault.
