  • Abstract
    According to the present status of artificial recognition of spinneret codes, an automatic recognition system for spinnerets was given. Firstly the spinneret with binary codes and the automatic system which can recognize it were designed. The system was structured on LabVIEW. In term of the characteristics of spinnerets coding, the spinneret recognition process included the import of spinnerets codes, automatic focus, automatic motion, image capture and coding, image processing and data display etc. The test results indicated that the system made the achievement of the recognition of spinnerets automatically. The recognition speed was 2-4 seconds per block, and the accuracy was 98%.
