Abstract :
The necessity of the network evolution control for communities of practice as well as its potential possibility is described. Questions of the appropriate data ware and software building are considered. A description of a software complex (including its main units) based on a semantic relationship server is provided. The main problems which are supposed to be solved using this application are marked out.
