Abstract :
The Distinguished Achievement Award was established in 1985 to recognize outstanding technical achievement and meritorious service to the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society. The 2013 award was presented to Prabhakar H. Pathak "For introducing and establishing the Uniform Theory of Diffraction (UTD) as a computational tool in Electromagnetics (EM) and for innovative solutions to EM antenna/scattering problems."
