Abstract :
One or two of our older readers may have been lucky enough to have found the watch pictured on this month??s cover under their tree on one memorable Christmas day back in the 1930s. It??s a 1933 Ingersoll Mickey Mouse watch and the company sold two and a half million of them in the first few years of production. Younger readers may well remember later editions because Ingersoll carried on making them up to 1971.
