            Abstract : 
The conditions under which several multiqueue systems with cyclic service (also referred to as polling systems) will be stable are investigated. The stability conditions established are more general than those established by other authors. In particular, both station stability and system stability are considered for polling systems for which an exact analysis has been obtained and for those for which an exact analysis has not yet been obtained
