Abstract :
The original paper by M. P. van der Heijden et al. (see ibid., vol.39, no.10, p.1727-36, Oct. 2004) describes an interesting configuration of a cascode amplifier for LNA applications. However, the authors point out that there are some errors in the derivations, which can lead to a wrong result in the admittance neutralizing procedure.
