Optoelectronic generation of a 16-element photoconductivity grating of 13% reflection coefficient at 30 GHz centre frequency in a CdS film coplanar waveguide on ceramic substrate through locally periodic white-light CW illumination of 220 mW/cm2 irradiance from a 100 W tungsten reflector lamp is reported
