Abstract :
A new CMOS floating resistor scheme based on a series/parallel connection of four identical devices operating in nonsaturation is described. The nominal resistance is independent of threshold parameter variations and comparative SPICE simulations have shown that the new structure offers improved distortion performance combined with excellent tunability.
