    As the subject matter is quite extensive only a few problems will be covered in this short presentation. I hope, however, to give you a clear picture of the in-company education and training system that will be described below. By following the instructions of the Chairman I hope I will be able to provide a basis for the ensuing discussion. This presentation is divided into the following subtopics. Section I.
