            Abstract : 
A novel wavelength-division multiplexing passive optical network architecture with the capability to provide triple-play services (TPS) with a source-free optical network unit has been proposed and experimentally demonstrated. TPS provision with two 2.5-Gb/s, 10-Gb/s downstream signals and 10-Gb/s upstream signals per channel has been successfully realized
