Abstract :
In both the undergraduate and graduate educational programs of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Texas Tech University, students are strongly encouraged to learn by active paticipation. Both programs have benefited from a vigorous faculty involvement in a wide range of funded research projects in varous areas of modern optics.
