Abstract :
This paper describes a Fortran program which is designed to simulate a microprocessor development system with a wide range of assembler and emulator functions. Since the program actually emulates a microprocessor, it may also be used as a stand-alone computing device which can be applied to the analysis of digital logic designs and to binary and hexadecimal number calculations.
