Abstract :
ZnSe(Te) scintillating layers were produced by the physical vapor deposition technique. Structure and scintillation properties of the layers were investigated. Specially treated ZnSe(Te) layers exhibit the strong luminescent band at 640 nm under X-ray excitation.
