Abstract :
Results on the performance of an adaptive photodetector based on the effect of non-steady-state photoelectromotive force for the detection of phase-modulated signals over a 10 MHz bandwidth are presented. A flat response for frequencies from 20 kHz up to 10 MHz and a signal/noise ratio of 10:1 have been demonstrated experimentally
