  • Abstract
    A class of biorthogonal wavelets are constructed from raised-cosine filters. It is shown that simple explicit expressions for biorthogonal raised-cosine wavelets can be found. Their relationship to the orthonormal wavelet of Meyer is also briefly discussed. These wavelets can be used for pulse shaping in communications systems
