    The Editor-in-Cheif is delighted to announce the appointment of Professor Chandan Sarkar of Hong Kong University, Hong Kong, China, to the TED Editorial Board, in the area of MOS devices and technology. Chandan is a recognized expert in this field and a welcome addition to that group of subject area editors. A short biography of Chandan´s accomplishments is provided.
