Editorial

This TRANSACTIONS´ review process relies extensively on the expertise and volunteerism of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (IEEE MTT-S) Associate Editors. The Editorial Office has been receiving a substantial number of manuscripts on electromagnetic theory and passive circuits; therefore we are strengthening the Editorial Office with two new Associate Editors: Prof. Natalia K. Nikolova and Prof. Sheng-Fuh R. Chang. Prof. Nikolova brings the expertise of electromagnetic theory, techniques, and applications in biology and medicine. Prof. Chang brings the expertise of passive and active integrated circuits, as well as their system-level applications. Their biographies are presented here. We welcome these two new colleagues joining the IEEE MTT-S Editorial Office.
