Abstract :
A 3D package has been developed to compute the transverse flux induction heating of flat products. It contains two vector potential formulations or the electromagnetic equations and a thermal equation. All these 3D equations are solved by F.E.M. Numerical results are compared to experimental measurements on an industrial-scale prototype
