    The purpose of this note is to draw the reader´s attention to a central question of closed-loop stabilization of repetitive controllers through a brief focused excursus of the literature on this subject and some comments on a paper by Ghosh and Paden (IEEE Trans. Automat. Contr., vol. 45, p. 949-54, 2000).
