This paper deals with, and evaluates, past and present methods employed by the author in the preparation of both short-term and long-term radio weather forecasts for RCA Communications, Inc.. its affiliates, and foreign communication centers. This paper is offered as a Progress Report on previous papers (1) (2) (3).
