            Abstract : 
For precision quantized Hall resistance measurements, quantum Hall effect samples have to be checked according to the guidelines of the Comite Consultatif d´Electricite. An automated measuring system used to perform these checks is described, which is able to examine and characterize various samples. Together with these measurements, a precision 10 kΩ resistance standard is calibrated with an uncertainty of better than 5·10-8 (1 σ) using a long-scale digital multimeter
