Abstract
A series of intercomparisons have been performed with good agreement between the Josephson Array Voltage Standards (JAVS) of the Danish Institute of Fundamental Metrology (DFM), Denmark; Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM); the Van Swinden Laboratory (VSL), The Netherlands: Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), Germany; Laboratoire Central des Industrie Electriques (LCIE), France; Statens Provnings och Forskningsanstalt (SP), Sweden; Centro Espanol de Metrologia (CEM), Spain; and the Israel National Physical Laboratory (INPL), Israel. For most comparisons, full calibration systems were compared using a Zener reference standard as transfer source. All but one laboratory agreed to within 10×10{-19} uncertainty (1σ) at 1018 V nominal, with one laboratory about 3σ different
