Abstract :
An international comparison of standard capacitors has been carried out under the auspices of the Asia/Pacific Metrology Programme (APMTP) from 1991 to 1994. The national standards laboratories of eleven countries have participated in this comparison. For the traveling standards, a new 10 pF capacitor was constructed and commercial capacitors of 100 pF and 1 nF were modified to improve their mechanical stability.
