Abstract :
Improvising on the ideas of Leslie and Gower as well as Holling and Tanner, a new prey-predator model that yields solutions processing either stable limit cycle or stable equilibrium is presented. Certain additional positive features of the model are pointed out. A stability analysis of the equilibrium point is also carried out
