Abstract :
The minimum-noise lattice digital filter with a systolizable structure, good scaling property and low output roundoff noise was recently proposed. In this paper, we show that the same structure can be designed by applying a new scaling method to the well known normalized lattice digital filter. Therefore, this structure can be referred to as the scaled normalized lattice digital filter. Different types of scaled normalized lattice digital filter structures are also derived
