Abstract :
To improve on the resolution of previous calculations of charged domain wall structures in ion-implanted films, further calculations were performed on the structures of one-dimensional charged walls. Calculations relied on numerical integration of the magnetization equation of motion, for an appropriate initial distribution. The distributions of the angle made by the magnetization with the implantation edge and with the direction normal to the film, as well as the magnetic charge distribution, were determined for different external fields.
