Abstract :
A model of biaxial oblique magnetic anisotropy is presented to explain the irregular ellipse formed by the Hall loop coercive force (Hc´) versus ¿ curve in polar coordinates when an oblique magnetic field is applied to high bias sputtered films. It was assumed that the Hc´ versus ¿characteristics (E) could be demonstrated by averaging the ellipses (E1 and E2) generated by the two easy axes (e.a.l and e.a.2). Good correspondence was observed between the measured and calculated values.
