The Characteristic Test of Dynamic Power Transmission on a Face-Type Permanent Magnet Torque Coupling

A dynamic power transmission characteristic test was performed on a face-type magnetic coupling static power transmission system to obtain basic data on the dynamic torque of permanent magnet fragments. The test showed that coercive force was high, but careful arrangement of the magnetic poles resulted in a high transmission torque. Maximum transmission torque was obtained at the point when the magnetic shear force and magnetic repulsion force were greatest.
