Abstract :
This note is an addendum to the recent paper "Distribution of the Phase Angle Between Two Vectors Perturbed by Gaussian Noise" [2]. A new derivation of the key equations in Roberts\´ characteristic function method for calculating the probability distribution of the modulo 2π phase difference between two narrow-band waveforms is given.
