Abstract
An accurate and efficient technique is developed to calculate the current distribution over the cross-section and close to the corners of a high-temperature superconducting (HTS) strip in a stripline structure. The problem is formulated in terms of a set of coupled integral equations for the axial electric field inside and outside of the strip. An accurate and fast converging complex images Green´s function is derived for the exterior region. Numerical results are presented for a typical HTS stripline. Non-singular behaviour of the current density distribution close to the corners is demonstrated
