Abstract :
Input data signal power dynamic range and noise tolerance measurements at 40 Gbit/s on Mach-Zehnder interferometers from the evanescent coupling ´active-passive´ integration scheme, working in standard mode, are presented. Influences of the device configuration and high bit rate constraints are emphasised.
