Abstract :
The performance of a small-size electrically tunable microwave resonator is reported. The parallel plate dielectric resonator is made of bulk single crystal SrTiO3 coated with thin YBa2Cu3O7-x films. High Q-factor and high tunability at relatively low bias voltage are observed. The dependence of Q-factor on bias voltage is discussed
