    For original paper see C.M. Krowne, ibid., vol.31, no.3, pp.2209-14 (1995). A more rigorous derivation is provided along with a discussion of the electric and magnetic susceptibility tensor contributions to the electric and magnetic polarizations which lead to an assessment of nonreciprocity.
