Abstract :
Tuning of the quasi-phase-matching wavelength in an LiTaO3 second-harmonic generator using an integrated film heater is presented. A 2 nm tuning range of phase-matching wavelength with maintenance of conversion efficiencies over 160 %/W has been achieved by applying 0.4 W to the heater around the fundamental wavelength of 857 nm
