  • Abstract
    Three different techniques to increase the transmission capacity of coarse WDM metro-access systems to 100 Gbit/s and upgrade selected channels to 10 Gbit/s operation without sacrificing distance are presented. The transmission performance of all channels is investigated and the impact of system parameters is analysed.
