Abstract :
It is examined whether expert subjects, typically avoided by subjective testing laboratories in favour of non-experts, provide more informative and appropriate SSCQE ratings for developing objective video quality models. The results show that, for training and testing objective video quality models, it is preferable to use data obtained from expert subjects than data obtained from non-expert subjects.
