Abstract :
We have developed an image generation module for the depth-fused 3-D (DFD) display, which can show 3-D images using the DFD visual illusion. The module generates the front and rear images from the 2-D original image and depth-map image. The module uses a field programmable gate array (FPGA). This module shows 3-D images at the full video rate and easily provides a video interface for DFD display users
