Abstract :
A robust algorithm is introduced for adaptive beamformer in the presence of pointing errors. It preserves the desired signal and keeps nice interference nulling simultaneously. This advantage is achieved by incorporating spatial derivative constraints with injected noise and pseudo-interference. The resulted angular beamwidth is insensitive to the input signal-to-noise ratio.
