Abstract :
A digital-to-analog (D/A) converter device for digital audio that incorporates a new form of noise shaping technology to achieve a theoretical dynamic range of 131 dB was developed. The third-order noise shaping and the D/A converter are presented. Measurement results are given. The device achieved a true accuracy of at least 18 b
