Abstract :
A method is presented which computes the ramp cepstrum of a fractional-order signal and models the ramp cepstrum as a signal having a rational z-transform. A partial fraction expansion of the resulting model identifies the exponents of the fractional-order signal. An example is presented to illustrate the method.
