Abstract :
The paper deals with an electronically scanned white-light interferometric transducer for high-pressure measurements which consists of a sensor, a conditioning circuit, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor of the output signal from the sensor. The calibration of such a transducer consists of identifying a function modeling the relationship between the raw result of measurement y, which is the output of the transducer, and the measured pressure p, taking into account an influence quantity-temperature T. An algorithm for calibration is proposed and studied
