  • Abstract
Spin reorientation transitions have been detected in NdFe12-x Mox by measuring the temperature dependence of the AC susceptibility in the temperature range from 4.2 to 300 K. No spin reorientation was traced in NdFe12-xMoxNy . Uniaxial anisotropy was detected in NdFe12-xMox Ny. The temperature dependence of the uniaxial anisotropy field of NdFe12-xMoxNy, and NdFe12-xMox, has been measured in the temperature range from 170 to about 550 K by using the singular point detection (SPD) technique in a pulsed-field magnetometer. NdFe11MoN1.3 and NdFe10Mo2N 0.9 can be considered as possible materials permanent magnet fabrication, however, with less chance to compete with Nd2Fe 14B and/or Sm2Fe17Nyx
