Abstract :
Presents a comment on a paper by Vytovtov (IEE Proc. Microw. Antennas Propag. vol.148, no.4, p.257-60, 2001). Vytovtov examined certain aspects of electromagnetic wave propagation in specific types of linear bianisotropic media. The present comment gives some clarifications, especially with respect to the practical relevance of the considered type of bianisotropy
