Abstract :
The exact outage probability of mobile radio receivers using dual-branch coherent equal-gain combining is analytically derived for correlated Nakagami-m fading. Expressions in the form of infinite series are obtained for the two cases of identical parameters on both diversity branches, and identical m-parameters (multiples of a half-integer) but not-necessarily identical fading powers on each branch.
